Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XDConduct user research sessions and analyze feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Participate in paid training modules and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design sensibility and problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt quickly
- Passion for creating intuitive digital experiences
- Eligible to work in the United States
