Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software developers, to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across all web and mobile platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user's voice and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including user interviews and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
