Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for enterprise-scale applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavioral data to drive design decisions
- Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and iterate based on feedback
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach and measurable impact
