Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Develop high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Create design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS/enterprise projects
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methods: interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective developer handoff
