Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based systems administration
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for hardware installations
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional site visits
