Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design goals
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize user journeys
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user insights
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficient in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience with agile development processes and design sprints
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
