Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures aligned with business goals
- Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD with responsive web/mobile expertise
- Conduct user research sessions including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion funnels
- Maintain design documentation and style guides for consistency across platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and agile development workflows
