Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and data-backed recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered design
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and persona development
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Certification in UX Design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation) preferred
