Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and promote design excellence across teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or healthcare products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in user research, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
