Responsibilities
- Monitor security information and event management (SIEM) systems for real-time threat detection
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on network infrastructure
- Develop incident response plans and lead breach mitigation efforts
- Implement security controls for cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Generate executive-level security risk reports and remediation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in security operations (SOC, SIEM, or incident response)
- Active CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and network analysis tools
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience with threat hunting methodologies and MITRE ATT&CK
