Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response and forensic investigations for cyber attacks
- Implement and manage security controls (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security policies and procedures aligned with NIST frameworks
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Provide security awareness training to employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or threat analysis
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification (required)
- Expertise in network security and threat intelligence platforms
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and zero-trust models
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell)
