Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced threat detection systems using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for zero-day attacks and APT campaigns
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
- Develop security automation using Python and Ansible
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Mentor junior engineers and document security protocols
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in enterprise-level incident response
- Certified CISSP or CEH with active GIAC certifications
- Expertise in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience with cloud security architectures (AWS/Azure Security Hub)
- Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
