Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade security architectures including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust frameworks
- Lead incident response for critical security breaches with SLA-driven remediation
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across hybrid cloud environments
- Develop automation scripts for security monitoring using Python and PowerShell
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS standards
- Mentor junior security analysts and conduct threat hunting operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in engineering roles
- CISSP, CEH, or OSCP certification required (CISM preferred)
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and Palo Alto Networks solutions
- Advanced knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and SIEM platforms
- Experience with cloud-native security tools like Prisma Cloud or Lacework
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
