Responsibilities
- Architect Prompt Chains: Design sophisticated multi-step prompt workflows to enhance complex reasoning capabilities in LLMs.
- Optimization & Tuning: Continuously refine prompts to reduce hallucinations, improve accuracy, and maximize user satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and data analysis to measure the impact of prompt variations on key metrics.
- Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a centralized repository of prompt patterns, templates, and best practices.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and data scientists to integrate prompt logic into production APIs.
- Product Strategy: Contribute to the roadmap by identifying high-impact use cases for prompt engineering in our products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or professional prompt engineering with LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, API development, and familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI API.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models, transformers, and the nuances of AI-generated text.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
