Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes.
- Analyze model outputs to identify hallucinations, biases, or inaccuracies and refine prompt strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Data Scientists to define user personas and use cases.
- Establish and document prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to maximize conversion and user satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and Generative AI to apply new techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or content strategy, with a strong focus on AI.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs function, including context windows, temperature, and token limits.
- Proficiency in Python or scripting languages to automate prompt testing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from AI model outputs.
- Excellent command of the English language with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Experience with fine-tuning or RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) is highly preferred.
