Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune complex prompts to maximize the output quality of AI models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize model responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering strategies into product development.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates and best practices for various use cases.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to identify areas for improvement in prompt logic.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Hugging Face or similar NLP libraries.
- Strong understanding of transformer models, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude), and their architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into precise, actionable prompt instructions.
