- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Develop documentation libraries and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Lead workshops on prompt strategy for Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze prompt performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Research emerging LLM capabilities to integrate cutting-edge techniques into solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or language model interaction design
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ enterprise-level prompt system implementations
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLM architectures
- Proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical prompts
- Excellent written communication for creating clear documentation and client deliverables
