You will work directly with cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) to refine how we interact with AI. This is an entry-level position designed for those passionate about Artificial Intelligence but who may not have a traditional technical background yet. We provide full training.

Your Role
In this role, you will act as the bridge between human intent and machine understanding. You will learn to write instructions that guide AI models to produce accurate, helpful, and creative outputs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the AI development team to design effective prompts for various language models.
- Analyze AI-generated responses to refine and optimize the user experience.
- Document prompt structures and best practices for the internal team.
- Test new AI tools and provide feedback on their usability and accuracy.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in software engineering or data science is required.
- Strong command of the English language and exceptional writing skills.
- High curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and machine learning concepts.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
