Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Oversee network infrastructure including switches, routers, and load balancers
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and resolve complex system issues
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible or Terraform
- Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator preferred
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and incident management
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
