Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network configurations, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Automate system monitoring and incident response procedures
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document IT assets, configurations, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and customer service orientation
