Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Manage enterprise security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance frameworks
- Provide Tier-3 support and lead incident response for critical systems
- Document architecture changes and maintain compliance with SOC2 standards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Drive infrastructure cost optimization and capacity planning initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud networking
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
- Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
- Ability to work on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with hybrid AD/LDAP authentication systems
