Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and hybrid systems
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and system performance optimization
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and scripting technologies
- Document IT systems, processes, and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure Administrator preferred
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
