Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios, Zabbix, and ELK Stack
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system patching/upgrades
- Automate workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and Python scripting
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for critical systems
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex Linux/Windows server environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise system administration
- Expert proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Certifications in AWS/Azure, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
