Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust server infrastructure (Windows/Linux) and cloud solutions
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive security measures
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Document processes, create runbooks, and maintain disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior administrators
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking

- Industry certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or equivalent)
