Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments (Active Directory, VMware, Kubernetes)
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with emphasis on security best practices
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system hardening protocols
- Provide tier-3 support for complex network/storage issues (SAN/NAS)
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Monitor system performance using Nagios/Splunk
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expert-level certifications: MCSA/AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of network security principles (firewalls, VPNs)
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
