Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls
- Proactively monitor system health using Nagios/Zabbix and resolve incidents within SLAs
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD pipelines
- Design disaster recovery solutions and conduct regular DR testing
- Support 500+ users with endpoint management and M365 administration
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- AWS/Azure certifications (SAA/AZ-104) or equivalent cloud expertise
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
