Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Lead security hardening, compliance audits, and disaster recovery planning
- Automate provisioning and monitoring using Ansible/Terraform/Puppet
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Mentor junior sysadmins and document operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with cloud expertise
- Advanced certifications (AWS/Azure, CCNA, RHCE) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise networking
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/Nagios)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
