Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux/Windows Server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid networking solutions
- Lead security hardening, patch management, and compliance initiatives
- Automate system administration tasks using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident response for critical systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure changes and create operational playbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation tools
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
