Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Lead enterprise-level system migrations and security compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Proactively monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Automate deployment processes with Ansible and Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services for 500+ endpoints
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide tier-3 support for critical system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/Red Hat Linux
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services and hybrid networking
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V)
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) preferred
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Python
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with enterprise hardware/software
