Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices and CI/CD methodologies
- Optimize application performance and implement security protocols for financial transactions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement scalable solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring framework
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and containerization with Docker
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Proven track record of delivering mission-critical applications in fintech or high-scale systems
