Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and servers
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor security threats
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Support cloud services including Microsoft 365 and Azure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
