Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT infrastructure changes and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system administration with Windows Server and Linux
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Certification in CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with proven incident resolution track record
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
