Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Manage, monitor, and maintain the integrity of server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Security Implementation: Enforce robust security policies, manage firewalls, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Active Directory Administration: Oversee user accounts, group policies, and directory services to ensure efficient access control.
- Cloud Integration: Assist with cloud migration efforts and manage configurations in AWS or Azure environments.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues with minimal downtime.
- Backup & Recovery: Design and execute comprehensive backup strategies to guarantee data redundancy and disaster recovery.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of PowerShell, Active Directory, and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
