Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead network security initiatives including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Automate system workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior team members
- Manage disaster recovery and backup systems across hybrid environments
- Document IT infrastructure and create operational runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and Linux administration
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, AD DS, VPC)
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
