Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Lead system security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize resource utilization
- Document infrastructure architecture and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Provide Level 3 support for complex system incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level system administration experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure with strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals and load balancing
- Certification in AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent
- Proven experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities for complex distributed systems
