Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
