Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server environments (Windows Server, Linux).
- Configure, secure, and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and end-users.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, patch management, and data backup procedures.
- Perform routine hardware upgrades, system audits, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable IT solutions that align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical teams.
