Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement security protocols
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and manage containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disaster recovery planning and compliance initiatives
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation for internal teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in system administration with enterprise-level environments
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
