Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure including Linux/Windows environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms (VMware)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in system administration with Linux/Windows
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
- Scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
