Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and resolve technical challenges.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure application stability.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering department.
- Ensure security and data privacy compliance across all software solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one core language (e.g., Python, Java, or Node.js).
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
