Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to define user personas and journeys.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or product environment.
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of prototyping tools and design handoff processes.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
