Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 150+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/O365)
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software lifecycle management
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
- Develop IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Mentor junior support staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, macOS, and hybrid cloud systems
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Austin-based candidates preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
