Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Stay current with UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our design approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills
- Expertise in design tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Proficiency in user research methodologies including persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs
- Portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and user-centered design solutions
