Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive digital interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent brand experiences across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UX projects and user research methodologies
- Proficiency in user testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
