Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs in Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations to articulate design decisions and gather feedback
- Analyze user behavior metrics to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B/SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design iteration
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
