Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Present design rationale to executive leadership using data-driven insights and user feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years professional experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
