Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for enterprise software products
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and create data-driven design recommendations
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Establish design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with B2B software products
- Expertise in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design skills
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
