Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry)
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile development environments and design systems
- Ability to balance business goals with user needs in resource-constrained projects
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design iterations
