Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems for consistency
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in agile development environments
