Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product features and ensure technical feasibility of designs.
- Perform A/B testing and data analysis to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates.
- Advocate for user accessibility standards (WCAG) in all design deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional UX/UI design experience in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a full design process from research to final delivery.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and wireframing.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
